Dielectric characterization of osseous tissues based on electrical impedance spectroscopy and different models and methods  (  Dissertationsschrift  ) 
Dielectric (or impedimetric) and microstructural properties of osseous tissues, that can determine their responses to electrical stimulation, have been characterized and investigated by different models and methods. Impedimetric properties of osseous tissues (e.g., trabecular bones) were in particular measured with a real-time and more importantly, non-invasive method - electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), which can monitor the integration of electrically implants and regeneration of defective osseous tissues with patient-specific differences.<eng>
